Job Summary

Lead hotel operations by managing Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Engineering functions to maximize profitability, RevPAR, and EBITDA while ensuring superior guest service. Direct supervisory staff, set quarterly goals, and oversee marketing plans to diversify revenue streams and anticipate market shifts. Coordinate capital improvements, monitor budgets against forecasts, and resolve complex guest and staff issues. Oversee HR activities including hiring, training, and performance evaluations while ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws. Maintain facility safety standards and handle guest inquiries as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree, six years of hotel management experience, and ability to travel.

Desired Qualifications
