Job Summary
General Manager responsible for the day-to-day operation of the collision center, delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting KPI and insurance metrics. Leads and coaches staff, prepares and manages annual/monthly operating budgets, forecasts sales/profit/expenses, conducts formal and informal performance reviews, oversees AP/A/R, maintains a clean and organized facility, ensures safety and compliance, conducts daily production meetings, manages labor mix and throughput, and leads repair facility personnel to support high-quality client experiences. The role requires post-secondary education or equivalent and proven leadership in a collision repair environment, with strong communication, coaching, and management skills.
