Job Summary
General Manager responsible for day-to-day operations of the collision center, leading staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Plans and manages budgets, forecasts monthly sales and expenses, conducts formal and informal performance reviews, oversees accounts payable/receivable, maintains a clean and safe facility, coordinates daily production meetings, manages estimates and labor efficiency, and drives adherence to safety, quality, and service standards. Requires post-secondary education or equivalent and proven leadership in collision repair or similar settings; offers comprehensive benefits and a compensation range of $95k–$105k+ depending on experience.
