Job Summary
General Manager responsible for leading day-to-day operations of the collision center, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching staff to achieve KPI targets and insurance metrics, managing budgets and financials (A/P/A/R), overseeing facility upkeep and safety, training personnel, and conducting regular performance reviews. Must drive WOW operations, ensure timely production meetings, monitor labor mix and throughput, lead response to customer needs, and maintain high standards of professionalism and safety while coordinating with senior leadership and staff to meet store objectives. Relevant qualifications include post-secondary education or equivalent and proven leadership in a collision repair environment; strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills are required.
