Job Summary
Manage your team along with operational and financial objectives to achieve sales goals, develop employees, and maintain retention. Ensure all systems are efficiently in place while overseeing daily restaurant operations. Requires four or more years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or the retail/hospitality industry, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds and perform motion involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
