Job Summary
Lead and manage the Holiday Inn in Hopkinsville, KY to drive top-line hotel revenue and GOP performance while maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and supporting staff; ensuring guest satisfaction and handling service challenges; managing the Manager on Duty program; overseeing Operations, Sales & Marketing, and property-level accounting; preparing performance analyses and forecasts; and guiding budget-driven changes. Prioritize guest experience, staff development, and compliant operations, with a focus on revenue growth, brand initiatives, renovations, and cross-functional collaboration to meet hotel goals.
Required Qualifications
