Job Summary
Lead a high-volume, full table-service food operation and a vibrant drinks business across multiple trading floors, adapting the all-day dining offer to maximise performance. Manage a team of over 35 people, motivating staff while maintaining operational standards and driving sales to a diverse customer base including tourists and local office workers. Build relationships with local businesses and hotels to identify new revenue streams and diversify the business. Operate on a 40-hour week with a bonus structure up to 100% of salary.
