Job Summary
Manage store operations, hire and develop associates, and lead teams to exceed budgeted sales, payroll, and expense goals. Prioritize schedules, train staff in sales and product knowledge, and maintain inventory and visual merchandising standards. Ensure exemplary customer service and floor coverage while fostering a respectful environment aligned with the "People First" philosophy. Collaborate with district managers to establish best practices and deliver performance appraisals. Full-time position with $80,000-$94,000 annual salary, open availability required, and contingent on background check.
Required Qualifications
- 4 + years management experience in specialty retail and/or multi-unit retail business environment
- Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- Employment/promotion to this role will be contingent on successful completion of a background check
- Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business
