Job Summary
As a General Manager at Gold's Gym PNW, you will lead a team to foster a motivating and inclusive club culture while achieving ambitious goals. Responsibilities include team development, exemplary leadership, and driving revenue optimization through memberships and fitness programs. You will mentor and develop future leaders, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational excellence. A successful candidate will demonstrate bold leadership and strong communication skills, wield 2-4 years of management experience, and have industry expertise with a focus on operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CPR and AED certification
- Management experience overseeing teams
- Dedication to team member development
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 2-4 years of progressive management experience
- 3-5 years of diverse retail, hospitality, or operations experience
- Proficient communication skills
