Job Summary
Manage daily operations of the lounge restaurant and bar, overseeing entertainment events and coordination with DJs. Foster relationships with high net worth guests to provide personalized service while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Lead and train front-of-house and kitchen staff to maintain high service standards, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to increase profitability. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. Requires proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume bar or restaurant with availability to work late nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
