Job Summary
Own full P&L performance for the Fairfield County territory, driving recurring business growth, customer retention, and profitability through revenue management and strategic partnerships. Recruit, hire, train, and manage technicians while leading daily operations including scheduling, routing, pricing, and customer experience. Track weekly KPIs on operations, pipeline, and financial results, ensuring job quality, safety standards, and brand reputation are consistently met. Represent the brand in the local community, develop strategic partnerships, and step in to support the field when needed to protect the customer experience. Operate autonomously with full accountability for team performance and territory results.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in or near Fairfield County, CT, with the ability to build local relationships
- Willing to attend client training and be onsite full-time during the transition period
- Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Comfortable operating autonomously with limited in-person oversight
- Must wear a company uniform while on duty and represent the brand professionally
- Ability to pass a background check
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and scheduling technology
- Authorized to work in the United States
