Job Summary
Oversee operations and drive growth as General Manager. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals, managing daily operations, leading a large team, and providing career development for direct reports. You will evaluate performance via data and metrics, manage budgets and forecasts, build alliances with partners and vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate effectively with management and stakeholders to promote company culture and vision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in a managerial role within a similar industry
- Experience in strategic planning and execution to drive business growth and profitability
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation effectively
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and implementing strategies to enhance competitive positioning
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
