Job Summary
Direct all contract management service operations for the 609 licensed hospital, overseeing retail, patient, and catering meal management. Achieve company and client financial targets while ensuring HACCP, regulatory, and standards compliance. Develop strategic plans and maintain client relationships in c-suite settings. Supervise the administrative team responsible for special functions, cash control, and payroll records. Hire and train unit personnel to deliver high-quality food services and sustain growth in day-to-day operations. Provide local leadership and strategic direction for new and emerging business solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- A work history demonstrating strong leadership skills
- previous supervisory experience
- the ability to work collaboratively
- General Manager Food & Nutrition leadership experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience managing in a union environment
- Proficient in computer skills
