Job Summary
Turn strategy into sequenced, resourced delivery plans with clear decision thresholds and ownership across brand, content, revenue, and marketing. Design and run the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence, managing resource allocation and spend decisions to reallocate fast when evidence dictates. Champion AI, automation, and efficiency tooling to kill weak ideas quickly while scaling wins, and hire, develop, and retain teams to raise talent density. Lead multi-function operations in a media and investment company that scales creator-led ventures, balancing founder-led culture with disciplined execution.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of operating leadership in fast-moving media, content, or creator businesses
- Track record running execution across competing teams - production, marketing, commercial - and delivering the plan
- Direct experience designing and running a rapid operating cadence
- Experience owning budgets and making spend/allocation decisions against a plan, with discipline in reallocating
- Hands-on experience adopting AI, automation, or efficiency tooling that measurably lifted a team's output
- Comfortable in founder-led culture, reporting to more than one principal
Desired Qualifications
- Multi-function leadership across marketing, content production, brand partnerships, and social at scale
- Prioritisation and sequencing under pressure, with incomplete information - and the ability to show your working
- Resource allocation and spend judgement - investor-like criteria, fast reallocation, sharp sense of ROI, without owning the full P&L
- Deciding under pressure between strong teams with strong opinions, and managing upward with options and clear recommendations
- Commercial fluency across brand partnerships, subscriptions, product, and content, and a bias toward data over guesswork
