Job Summary
General Manager to oversee staff, budgets, and operations of the local business unit. Responsibilities include supervising 40-80+ staff, designing growth strategy, overseeing recruitment and training, preparing reports (receipts, payouts, P&L), managing day-to-day operations, and addressing issues such as profit declines and customer concerns. Leadership to schedule candidate interviews, train employees, manage Shift Manager communications, and ensure safety culture; requires experience in operations, budgeting, and staff development; must be 21+, able to relocate to Pigeon Forge, TN, and committed to weekends/holidays; roles in an in-person setting with a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management required
- Master’s degree in business administration preferred
- Must have at least two years of management or supervisory experience
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
