Job Summary
Run a high-volume, multi-revenue casual dining/operator park as General Manager, owning full P&L and both front-of-house and back-of-house operations across food, beverage, attractions, games, retail, and events. Lead a salaried management team and 40–150+ hourly staff, with on-the-floor leadership 70%+ of shifts and strategic duties including forecasting, budgeting, payroll accuracy, vendor invoices, inventory, and performance reviews. Drive guest satisfaction to Safe, Clean, and Fun standards, coach staff to deliver exceptional service, and build a bench for succession. Collaborate with corporate teams on payroll, accounting, and period-end close; optimize prime cost, labor, and cost of goods; grow group/catering and events business; and align with brand standards and site operations to open, scale, or operate parks and new ventures.
Required Qualifications
- Tenured leadership experience in casual dining or eat-ertainment environments
- 5+ years as a GM or strong AGM/Senior AGM in relevant sectors
- Bachelor's in business, hospitality, restaurant management or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage P&L and multi-revenue centers
