Lead and coach a high-performing team of fitness professionals for GYMGUYZ’s mobile personal-training model; oversee daily operations, business development, and client engagement; drive profitability through sales, marketing, and growth strategies; manage scheduling, payroll, and logistics to ensure high-quality sessions, vehicle, and equipment standards; foster an inclusive, growth-oriented culture aligned with DRIVE values; contribute to budget reporting and company goals while developing a path to multi-unit or regional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in fitness or related industries
- Proven leadership and sales success with a people-first approach
- Strong business acumen with budgeting and operations experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
