General Manager to run a Firehouse Subs restaurant in Corpus Christi, TX. Lead daily operations to deliver exceptional guest service, maintain food quality and cleanliness, recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage costs and profitability, ensure compliance with health/labor/safety regulations, foster a positive work culture, represent the brand in community initiatives, coordinate equipment maintenance, and communicate with district leadership.
