Job Summary
General Manager to run a Firehouse Subs restaurant: lead daily operations to ensure exceptional guest service, food quality, and cleanliness; build and develop a high-performing team through recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring staff; drive profitability by managing food costs, labor, utilities, and overall performance; maintain compliance with health, labor, and safety regulations; promote a positive culture and work environment; support community initiatives and represent the brand in local outreach programs; oversee equipment maintenance and repairs; communicate effectively with District Manager, Director of Ops, HQ, and ownership; requirements include 2+ years of restaurant management experience, full-time availability (including weekends/holidays), strong leadership and communication skills, ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; compensation includes competitive salary and full benefits, with opportunities for advancement.
