Job Summary
Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company growth objectives while partnering with the CEO and Board to drive long-term business planning and capital allocation. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning, implementing KPI dashboards for production efficiency and program margins. Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory bodies and international aerospace standards, including ITAR and export controls, while overseeing internal audits and tax compliance. Manage cash flow, working capital, and project financing for capital-intensive aerospace programs, optimizing the debt-equity mix and forex risk. Lead finance, accounts, procurement, and compliance teams to foster cross-functional collaboration with operations and engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 15–20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Minimum 8–10 years in manufacturing
- Experience working with government contracts and global OEMs
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven track record in capital raising and financial restructuring
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge
- Expertise in manufacturing cost structures
- Negotiation and stakeholder management
- Risk assessment and mitigation
- High integrity and ethical standards
Desired Qualifications

- Serve as Company Secretary liaison (if applicable)
