Job Summary
Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company standards and lead team development to drive revenue and build brand loyalty. Examine and process loan/pawn applications, enforce compliance with local laws, and supervise security including cash management and loss prevention. Conduct opening/closing procedures, develop work schedules, and handle complex customer situations with integrity. Perform duties outside the office for vehicle appraisals and external marketing. Maintain full-time attendance including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Must maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends
- Must maintain a full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree or higher
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, money order processing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
