Job Summary
General Manager at Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers franchise responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, development of the management team and employees, coaching assistant managers and supervisors, ensuring adherence to corporate, health department, and guest service standards, managing financial details such as cash, food cost, and labor, and executing training programs to maintain product and quality standards. Leadership and mentorship for managers and staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and driving exceptional guest service. Role requires availability for nights, evenings, and weekends, with up to 10-hour shifts and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
