Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day running of the café with confidence, maintaining a strong, visible presence on the floor rather than managing from the office. Build, coach, and develop a solid team while creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere for guests, ensuring high standards across service, food, and environment. Manage rotas, stock, labour, and key KPIs, following and improving systems to keep operations running well. Make clear, confident decisions daily and build relationships with regulars and the local community. This daytime-only role requires 3+ years' experience in a busy restaurant or café, with competitive salary, performance bonus, and free meals on shift.
