Job Summary
Manage all restaurant activities by ensuring employees meet expectations, delivering total guest satisfaction, and executing the business plan including fiscal responsibilities and local marketing. Hire high-quality staff, train and coach them on food safety and sanitation, and provide regular performance feedback to maintain morale and drive results. Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while enforcing labor laws and company values. Work flexible hours to observe operations, manage P&L, and ensure the guest is always right.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 5 years in management position
- restaurant experience
- Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively
- Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management
- Organizational, planning and time management
- Team building skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Stand for long periods of time
- Work around heat
- Work around others in close quarters
- Move throughout the restaurant and observe restaurant operations and employee work performance
- Able to lift 50 75 pounds comfortably
- Work with various cleaning products
