Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day dispensary operations with focus on leadership, staff development, regulatory compliance, cash handling, inventory control, and sales performance. Lead creation and enforcement of compliant standard operating procedures for dispensing and inventory, partner with executive leadership to interpret performance data and market trends, conduct weekly leadership reviews, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a compliant, secure facility. Drive staff scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations; manage cash handling and financial controls; oversee inventory audits and system-wide technology usage (including Dutchie and OAARS). Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, diversion prevention, and policy compliance; support continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals in a high-volume MMJ retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous OH MMJ Industry Retail Experience
- 5+ Years general management experience
- P&L and budget management knowledge
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Strong verbal communication and basic math skills required
- Must demonstrate a proficiency for technology
