Job Summary
General Manager to lead two Baltimore-area production facilities for Denbright Dental Labs. Lead operations and business performance across two facilities, oversee day-to-day production activities, manage productivity, labor efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery, and partner with executive leadership on P&L and EBITDA performance. Responsibilities include analyzing operational and financial data to identify opportunities, conducting regular business reviews with senior leadership, coaching and developing supervisors and frontline leaders, fostering accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring quality, safety and compliance, and driving process improvements to enhance throughput, efficiency, and customer service. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing/plant management, experience with budgets and financial performance, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare manufacturing or regulated environments, multi-site or multi-shift leadership, and expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or related process-improvement methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or plant management
- Experience managing budgets, financial performance, or P&L responsibilities
- Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability

- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare manufacturing, medical devices, dental laboratories, or other highly regulated production environments
