Job Summary
General Manager responsible for leading the store team to deliver a profitable store business plan, achieve key metrics, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Drives profitable sales through forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, merchandising, product operations, and talent development while coaching staff to deliver standards compliance and best-in-class service. Builds capable teams, implements SOPs and initiatives, fosters an inclusive environment, promotes community involvement, and represents the brand to competitors. Oversees omni-channel execution to deliver a frictionless customer experience and ensures compliance with company standards.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5 years of retail experience leading others
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and office; work around and with chemicals; lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to travel as required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel, to meet the needs of the business including nights, weekends, holidays
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- Business Acumen skills
- Established time management skills
