Job Summary
General Manager leading daily restaurant operations with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience and a positive work environment. Responsibilities include hands-on leadership during high-volume periods, hiring, training, development, promoting performance, and managing all departmental KPIs. Oversee P&L considerations, payroll per pay period, and adherence to safety and sanitation policies. Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth and cost containment while ensuring brand standards, quality hospitality, and employee satisfaction. Strong financial acumen, ability to coach and empower staff, and effective communication with management and guests are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Restaurant/Hospitality Leadership preferred
- Proficient knowledge of systems and processes in food cost management
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to lead and empower a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with management and guests
- Must be able to lift up to 20+ pounds and stand for long periods
- Flexible with schedule and shifts
