Responsibilities include lead management and sales opportunities, estimating and proposal development, scheduling and production coordination, hiring/onboarding/training/coaching, customer communication and relationship management, quality control and project oversight, equipment/vehicle/inventory management, budgeting, KPI tracking and profitability management, and continuous improvement of systems and processes along with driving business development and revenue growth.
