Job Summary
General Manager Europe. Remote role for Europe (excluding the UK) focusing on strategic leadership, growth, and market expansion across European markets. Own the P&L, set regional strategy, drive top-line growth, and scale user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Lead brand positioning with cultural relevance across diverse European markets; collaborate with global teams (marketing, product, clinical operations, compliance) to optimize user experience and outcomes. Build and mentor multi-country teams of Country Managers; develop regional BD and partnership capabilities; create playbooks for market launches; ensure regulatory compliance and data privacy; monitor operational KPIs for efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requires 15+ years in senior general management/strategy/operations roles with proven growth and international marketing experience in consumer-facing businesses; strong leadership, analytical thinking, and ability to travel internationally.
