Job Summary
Lead and drive profitability and performance as General Manager for an airport-based car rental operation. Responsible for overseeing daily operations, payroll control, labor-cost optimization, and-building a unified operations and sales team. Lead high-volume customer interactions, develop teams to meet company goals, maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners, and use relevant software tools to streamline operations. Focus on strategic oversight of profitability, culture, coaching and development, and delivering exceptional customer service while reporting to HQ and coordinating with branch teams.
