Job Summary
Oversee overall management of the Subway Restaurant, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff while directing food preparation to ensure quality and cleanliness. Maximize profitability by increasing sales and controlling food and labor costs according to company standards, while maintaining an immaculate, food-safe environment. Complete daily and weekly paperwork, inventory, and product ordering, manage cash deposits, and personally maintain required hours. Lead with a hands-on approach, multitask at a fast pace, and solve problems quickly while lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. Requires standing 100% of the time, a valid driver's license, and exemplary customer service skills.
