Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations and execute business strategies across departments at Earthwork Services in Bismarck, ND. Collaborate with leadership, finance, and operations teams to ensure company goals are met and business performance stays on track. Hire and maintain team members while managing bids for construction projects. Maintain flexibility in the schedule during the busy season. Requires a Construction or Business Management degree, four years of construction experience including leadership roles, and detailed knowledge of OSHA guidelines. Paid weekly with health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Construction Management or Business Management degree
- Four years of construction experience, including experience in a leadership or supervisory position
- Experience in operations management, leadership, supervisory or construction
- Detailed knowledge of construction procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Valid driver's license
