General Manager

The General Manager leads Es Vedra Cinemas' dine-in and traditional theaters, bowling, VR, food and beverage, and gaming operations, driving revenue growth and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include training and developing team members, hiring and evaluating staff, preparing administrative and senior-management reports, enforcing cash-handling procedures, inspecting and maintaining building and equipment, organizing team meetings and training, controlling direct operating costs and inventory, managing risk and safety, ensuring guest-service standards and proper staffing, and collaborating with supervisors, peers, vendors, and corporate partners.
