Job Summary
General Manager at EquipmentShare responsible for leading a rental-branch team, hiring and developing staff, driving financial performance through monthly P&L reviews and revenue opportunities, monitoring equipment utilization and customer satisfaction, ensuring a safe working environment, and communicating effectively with team and management. Requires leadership experience in a rental/construction context, strong people-management and communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to align branch operations with the company’s T3 technology-enabled platform. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years rental industry experience, preferably in a management role
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
