Job Summary
Hire and develop the team by conducting reviews, training employees, and providing documented guidance for performance improvements. Manage branch operations to maximize financial success through monthly profit and loss reviews, equipment utilization tracking, and warranty recovery monitoring. Establish measurable goals, enforce safety standards, and communicate effectively with management while maintaining compliance with legal regulations. This role supports EquipmentShare's mission to transform the construction industry using proprietary T3 technology for real-time fleet insights and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years rental industry experience, preferably in a management role
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- You can adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
- Employment is contingent on passing a background check
