Job Summary
Hire, train, and supervise staff including Assistant General Managers and Fitness Consultants while communicating goals and expectations clearly. Set and achieve membership and revenue goals by tracking KPIs and developing strategies to increase retention and new sign-ups. Provide constructive feedback on performance, address member concerns and complaints, and resolve inquiries promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain certifications, and implement safety protocols. Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness, and communicate calmly during emergencies to ensure member and staff safety.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of sales management experience
- 3-4 years of customer service experience
- Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry
- Must successfully pass background check
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs

- Ability to access and operate the Company computer system including preparing documents, entering data into computer system, read reports from a computer data base or email system
