General Manager Engineering

Ensure implementation of cGMP measures to meet regulatory requirements. Oversee operation, maintenance, validation, revalidation, qualification, and distribution of utilities to Pharma blocks including power, HVAC, water, compressed air, and steam. Manage engineering department budgeting, vendor selection for outsourced jobs, and approval of bills. Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance programs across all plant machinery to ensure minimum downtime. Account for annual spare allocation, procurement of spares and consumables, and coordination with equipment vendors. Review documents for deviation, change control, CAPA, SOPs, and training records.
