Job Summary
As a Cheba Hut General Manager, you will lead and drive the daily operations of your shop, manage all areas of the store and oversee the hourly crew while handling administrative and leadership functions to ensure smooth operations. You will motivate and develop a diverse team, implement policies and procedures, recruit and train staff, manage budgets and costs, and maintain a high-quality, customer-focused environment. Expectations include guiding performance, coaching for growth, conducting regular leadership meetings, and sustaining a culture that aligns with Cheba Hut’s mission and values. The role requires strategic vision, people leadership, and hands-on management across operations, financials, and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years Restaurant Operations and/or multi-unit management in quick-service or fast-casual segments preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management
- Ability to get results through others
- Ability to follow oral and written instruction
- Demonstrate integrity
- Demonstrate self-direction
- Ability to work in a diverse culture
- Ability to perform any job duty of all positions in the restaurant
