Job Summary
Oversee daily hotel operations, coordinate staffing, and conduct daily inspections to ensure brand compliance and guest satisfaction. Manage human resources functions including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance evaluations while handling discipline and termination as needed. Drive financial performance by meeting budgeted profit margins, forecasting revenue and expenses, and analyzing operational data to adjust business plans and labor requirements. Collaborate with the sales leader to implement action plans that maximize RevPAR and market share growth through active participation in sales calls and property tours. Ensure timely maintenance resolutions and coordinate services with outside suppliers and vendors to support smooth hotel functioning.
Required Qualifications
- Proven hotel leadership with strong operational and people management skills
- Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
- Track record of maintaining brand standards and driving guest satisfaction
- Collaborative, coach-first leadership style focused on retention and development
- Strong communication and community engagement skills in the SeaTac/Seattle market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of hotel and hospitality industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in hotel management, business administration, or related field
- Five or more years of experience in the hotel industry
- Managerial experience
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift
- Must be able to access and navigate the facility
- Ability to move objects weighing up to 50lbs
- Valid Drivers License
