Job Summary
Lead a 10+ person team with diverse sales and medical expertise, training staff to operate at the highest standards of client service. Monitor spa goals including revenue, margins, and provider sales while meeting financial targets set by regional leadership. Manage all operational aspects of the location, from inventory lifecycle and supply budgeting to employee relations and policy adherence. Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing team members through regular 1:1 touch bases and on-floor engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business growth and address client feedback. This full-time, in-person role at our Wilmette location requires on-site presence five days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- High School diploma
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience managing high performing teams
- Demonstrated achievement in managing a P&L, exceeding sales and KPI targets
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Fluent in computer and phone skills
- technical knowledge of various software and applications (MS Office Suite, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to lead and develop diverse employees in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to learn quickly and approach all issues with a solution-oriented mindset
- Exceptional organizational skills

- Full-time, minimum of 40 hours per week
- on-site presence 5 days a week
- Some travel to Med Spa locations to observe and/or deploy projects
- Participation in regional or brand events
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- experience in hospitality, retail or the spa industry preferred
- Experience working with multi-units in the beauty and wellness space preferred
- Experience working with, and managing, Medical Professionals preferred
- Experience managing employees with elevated medical credentials (nurses, opticians, medical assistants, etc.) preferred
- Genuine interest in the aesthetics industry
