Job Summary
Lead a 10+ person team across Elase Med Spa locations to drive sales growth and ensure high-level service. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, leading on-floor presence, recruiting and retaining a diverse team, monitoring revenue, margins, provider sales, and client retention, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve processes. Must manage inventory lifecycle, analyze sales data to meet/exceed goals, and uphold core values while engaging clients and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- High School diploma required
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- experience in hospitality, retail or the spa industry preferred
- 2+ years of experience managing high performing teams
- Demonstrated achievement in managing a P&L, exceeding sales and KPI targets
- Experience working with multi-units in the beauty and wellness space preferred
- Fluent in computer and phone skills; MS Office Suite, HubSpot
