Job Summary
Strategically manage, coach, and recognize team member performance to drive efficient restaurant operations. Execute training on opening and closing procedures, oversee food preparation and cleaning, and optimize labor deployment through effective scheduling aligned with sales projections. Provide hands-on support for all workstations and backup coverage for breaks while maintaining focus on guest service and speed of service. Oversee hiring processes from interviews to I-9 verification and new hire orientations. Maintain optimal staffing levels and ensure compliance with all company policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be an EPL Assistant Manager or have the equivalent of 3 or more years of management experience
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must obtain Serve Safe Certification

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
