Job Summary
Strategically manage and coach team member performance to drive efficient restaurant operations while overseeing opening, closing, and food preparation procedures. Optimize labor and workforce planning through effective scheduling aligned with sales projections to uphold productivity and customer service standards. Provide hands-on support by ensuring proper coverage of all workstations and oversee hiring processes from interviews to I-9 verification. Maintain focus on guest service and speed of service while ensuring compliance with all company policies and standards. This role requires a valid driver's license, Serve Safe certification, and at least three years of management experience. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $25.07 to $29.06 with quarterly bonuses, no overnight hours, and free meals during shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be an EPL Assistant Manager or have the equivalent of 3 or more years of management experience
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must obtain Serve Safe Certification
