General Manager

Manage the Global Services business entity, overseeing profitability, growth strategies, and channel plans for Repair Shop, Field Service, Service Parts, and Engineering Solutions. Serve as the primary interface with key customer accounts while driving new business and product strategies. Lead sales channel management across direct sales and third-party representatives, providing daily guidance and talent development. Liaise with regional Business Unit leaders to ensure strategic alignment and oversee long-range planning, forecasting, and monthly business reviews. Ensure full compliance across legal, safety, financial, and ethical areas including FCPA.
