Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the restaurant business, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining revenue and profitability goals, and enforcing DoH Health & Safety standards. Supervise shifts, appraise staff performance, and create detailed reports on revenue and expenses. Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service and guarantee every guest has a positive, memorable experience. This role reports directly to the District Manager and Director of Operations.
