Job Summary
General Manager responsible for strategic and operational leadership of a manufacturing facility, overseeing production output, quality, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Product Development. Provides leadership to up to 10 employees, ensures training, tools, procedures, and equipment are in place, and drives continuous improvement, cost controls, and financial performance. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least five years of electronics manufacturing experience; ISO-certified environments experience and ERP (EPICOR) proficiency are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in electronics manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working within ISO-certified environments; IPC 610 or J-STD certifications are a plus
- Proficiency with ERP systems (EPICOR preferred), spreadsheets, databases, and general business software
