General Manager

Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest service. Recruit, train, and coach team members while driving quality, service, profitability, and team metrics. Assist in developing the annual operating budget and ensure the hotel meets or exceeds expectations. Model quality assurance best practices daily and proactively address challenging situations using critical thinking skills. This role supports the Drury Hotels Hotel Operations Leadership team at the Phoenix location, contributing to a family-owned system with over 150 hotels nationwide.
