Job Summary
Lead hotel operations across departments as part of the Drury Hotels Operations Leadership team. responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching team members to excel in their careers, delivering on key metrics for quality, service, profitability, and guest satisfaction, and assisting in developing and meeting annual operating budgets. Role models quality assurance and continuous improvement while applying strong critical thinking to address issues. Education/experience: Bachelor's degree preferred and minimum three years of supervisory experience; hotel industry experience preferred.
