Job Summary
Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate restaurant capacity and maintain a positive customer experience. Oversee routine ordering and inventory practices to supply sufficient product levels while ensuring the facility remains clean and safe according to food safety guidelines. Coach and discipline staff, hire appropriate applicants, and resolve customer issues or employee wellness concerns by utilizing necessary disciplinary measures. Review profit and loss statements with the District Manager to track progress toward goals and take corrective action as needed. This role requires a valid driver's license, at least three years of restaurant leadership experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications

- Have 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education

- Ability to work flexible hours and work independently as well with a variety of personalities
- Background check completed satisfactorily
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
